Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
Please note that due to public health concerns, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. Once your item arrives, please make sure you visually inspect it for any chips or dings due to mishandling. We only accept returns on items damaged during transport. In these cases you will simply be shipped out a replacement item. Air bubbles are normal for glass toys and are not considered damage.
If your item arrives to you broken due to shipping damage, please notify us immediately to file a claim with the carrier We must be notified within 48 hours of the items delivery date as indicated by the items tracking number. Please ensure that you retain the original packing materials, as most carriers will require photographs prior to authorizing a claim.
Make sure that prior to shipping an item back, you request an RMA number via our website. No returns will be accepted for items that do not have an RMA number. Any shipments sent back to GlassDildoz.com shall be sent fully insured. A replacement item will be shipped out once we have inspected the defective item and ship it out via ground service.
Any order that is canceled prior to the item being shipped will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing and administrative fees.
If you receive the incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will accept a return on the item and pay for return shipping via ground service.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
International Customers
It is your responsibility to ensure that it is legal for you to import and possess sex toys in your country city or province. GlassDildoz.com shall not be held liable or be responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or seizing of merchandise by customs. No refunds shall be given in the event your items are seized by customs.
